The Most Complex Multi-Stakeholder 3-years Project
This signage project started before the building itself was even built. Everything envisioned in 3D, with wayfinding designed straight from the floor plans. Both the building and the floor plans changed several times throughout production. The inspection agency's team changed three times; the client's team changed twice. By the end of this three-year project, I was the only one still holding the full history and knowledge of it, from day one to final closure. From being an agency representative, I became the project lead itself.
Complex Multi-Stakeholder Signage Rollout
Norfin needed a complete wayfinding and signage system for a new office building, including LEED and WELL certification signage, a project involving architects, investors, construction supervisors and multiple production partners, developed and implemented over an extended timeline with several structural changes along the way.
Design System, Certification Compliance & Production Management
I developed with creative team the graphic line and equipment typologies for the full signage system, and worked with partners to inventory every required piece and map it onto the floor plans. For the LEED and WELL certifications specifically, I studied the certification requirements from scratch, developed the proposal and structure for how these would be communicated across the building. I coordinated with partners on production specifications, oversaw prototype development and approval, and moved the project into production. Beyond the design, I managed the project end-to-end: developing the timeline and budget, running meetings with investors, construction supervisors, inspectors and architects, structuring the production and delivery phases, and personally verifying and approving each installed piece on site. As the project evolved over time with structural changes, I stayed closely involved throughout — consulting with teams, proposing solutions, and negotiating terms, timings and budget adjustments as needed.
Timelines were repeatedly extended as the project kept evolving, but the signage system was fully developed, produced and installed, and the project was successfully closed.
